We founded REKTYME CLOTHING, LLC with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look!

RETURN POLICY
IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU'RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR REKTYME CLOTHING, LLC MERCHANDISE.

We accept returns for up to 30 days after you receive your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. Sorry, but we cannot take back intimate items including underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits.

To send an item back to us, please enclose the REKTYME CLOTHING, LLC invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as REKTYME CLOTHING, LLC cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. You are also responsible for the return shipping fee. Send your package to:

Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Due to our rapidly changing store inventory, REKTYME CLOTHING, LLC does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund, and place a new order with us at any time.
